Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable or where pricing has been listed in error.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing rate.
Trade account customers approved for credit are invoiced on 30-day terms. Late payment may result in suspension of credit facilities.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on full payment.

Product images are for illustration. Dimensions and colours may vary slightly between production batches.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
