14-day returns
Unopened, undamaged cases can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit against a future order.
Email hello@doru.co.uk with your order number and we will arrange collection or provide a returns address.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your delivery on arrival. Report any damage or shortages within 48 hours and we will replace the items free of charge.
Photographs of the damaged goods and outer packaging help us resolve claims faster.
Custom printed orders
Custom printed packaging is made to order and cannot be returned unless it is faulty or does not match the approved artwork proof.
Refund timescales
Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method or your trade account.
