DORU was created with a simple idea: better packaging helps businesses serve better.
Our story began in 2005 with Basebetter, a packaging specialist with roots in sustainable premium and luxury packaging. From beautifully crafted chocolate boxes and candle packaging to paper shopping bags and bespoke branded solutions, we spent years learning that good packaging is about much more than holding a product. It protects, presents and represents the business behind it.
As the food-service industry evolved, so did we.
Before the Pandemic, we expanded into food packaging, bringing our experience with paper-based packaging into the food-service industry.
Today, DORU brings together food packaging and restaurant essentials in one place, making it easier for busy food businesses to get what they need.
From takeaway containers, bowls and cups to bags, cutlery, napkins and everyday restaurant essentials, we aim to offer a carefully selected range combining quality, value and reliable supply.
