Next day delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
London delivery vans
We run four of our own delivery vans across London, giving customers inside the M25 flexible slots and same-week delivery on larger orders.
Your account manager will confirm your regular delivery day when you open a trade account.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders over £150 ex VAT. Orders below this are charged at £7.95 ex VAT for mainland UK.
Highlands, islands and offshore addresses may incur a surcharge — we will always confirm before dispatch.
Tracking your order
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
If anything looks wrong, call us on 020 3907 0744 and we will sort it the same day.
